In 2019, after a lifelong ambition to pursue my passion to paint, I was able to close the door on the business world and complete a diploma in oil painting at the Norfolk Painting School that completed in 2021. My studio is here in Rutland and I also spend time in North Norfolk .

Undertaking my diploma was an inspiring experience, allowing me to study and get under the skin of the great masters methods and thinking. Working mainly in oils I use traditional techniques with a contemporary style to interpret the beauty and emotion of the natural world around me. I am particularly drawn to flowers and landscapes as well as children and animals.
